During my studies in international trade, I had the opportunity to carry out internships for wine and spirits companies in France and abroad (UK, Germany, Austria), which confirmed my desire to work in the food sector. And more especially businesses to find new clients and partners. In September 2020, I joined Sutralis to support Nathalie in the development of new business opportunities for the company, while implementing our communication strategy and working on social media. Outside of work, I like to go out with my family and friends, take pictures and play guitar.

By far the oldest member of the team, in charge of the company's administrative department, I also manage the sourcing and logistics for one of our oldest feed clients. However, nothing predestined me to join SUTRALIS in 2008...Just after my studies, I left home for Brussels to follow a post-graduate degree in art restoration, my first passion in life. I spent there 7 amazing years living in a wonderful cultural melting pot, to finally move back to France and open my painting restoration studio.That’s where life can be so unexpected: ten years later –still wondering how -I ended up joining Sutralis, a career path which brought me back to the international atmosphere that I was so keen on as a student in Brussels. Because that's what Sutralis is all about: human encounters, shared values that are the cement of a solid team and the fertilizer for great professional collaborations. After work? Time to reconnect with my family to recharge batteries. Reading, colouring for hours with my daughter, having a good laugh with my family, gathering with friends for a good meal, spending time in my art studio... it's nothing, just the essentials!

Mathilde Imrie-Lengin

After completing a master's degree in International Business and Marketing I left France to live in England where I stayed for three years and opened a small French boutique. After this great time enjoying life abroad, I decided to move back to France and immediately joined Sutralis in January 2019 as Project Manager. Between prospecting, introduction meetings to French buyers, planning activities in store and working on business development strategies for each of my clients, my daily work is never the same, and I love it. One of my passions is cooking and having people around to enjoy a good meal and a glass of wine.

After completing my Bachelor’s degree in International Relations in Brazil and my Master’s degree in Supply Chain Purchasing in France, I joined Sutralis in 2022 as a Logistics Department Assistant.I support feed ingredient exports (alfalfa, beet pulp, etc.) to the US, India, Brazil, and Argentina. I also assist with supplier negotiations. Outside of work, I am passionate about travel and sports. I play the violin and speak four languages: Portuguese (my native tongue), English, French, and Spanish.

Anthony Picard

After graduating with a degree in Applied Foreign Languages, practicing English, Italian and specialising in International Trade, I realised that I wanted to go further in this field, so I started a Master's degree. Furthermore, my previous job experience in super and hypermarkets convinced me to move into the food sector. I joined Sutralis in March 2022 as a Project Manager with the ambition to contribute to the development of companies in their export ventures. Very attached to human values, it is really important for me to create a relationship based on trust with people while working with them. When I am not busy working, I like hanging out with friends, reading books and running.

After completing my first two years of studies in communication, I decided to enhance my education with a degree in international business. I then chose to pursue a master’s degree to specialize in marketing. During the two years of my master’s program, I began gaining professional experience in the food industry with a multinational company. My passion for food and the culinary world naturally inspired me to build a career in this sector.In September 2024, I joined the Sutralis team as a project manager, helping businesses explore new market opportunities in France and providing strategic advice.Outside my professional life, I love spending time with family and friends, especially while discovering new restaurants in my hometown.

Philippe Demarest

After 25 years in International Trade my motto is to develop products matching with my values and to have authentic business relationships. Challenging sometimes but definitely rewarding when it is the case. My passion is clearly my job which is fully connected with my private life. I love supporting products with a strong identity and that I would buy myself... products which are healthy, natural and modern! Outside of Sutralis? I read, I run and I spend time with my family... what else!? ;-)

After completing a two-year technical degree in Communication, I had the chance to undertake several internships that allowed me to explore the various facets of this exciting field. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication through an apprenticeship with Sutralis, where I thrive on a variety of stimulating tasks that make each day unique.  I am passionate about sports and love staying active in my free time. My curiosity and creativity constantly push me to discover new ideas and explore different perspectives.
