St Michel launches new biscuit range

Number two leader in the biscuits sector, St Michel innovates on its core brand with a range of three “galette” biscuits containing 60 to 70% cereals: wheat and whole wheat, malted barley and oats. The products are made with sunflower and rapeseed oils and a little butter.

The range, manufactured in Avranches (50), covers three recipes: plain, sesame and chocolate chip. It bears the letter C of the Nutri-Score on the front and promotes the use of free-range eggs, like all St Michel products. The predominantly white packaging plays on the naturalness codes, differing with the classic orange offer.
