Monop' presented its new concept called Jour. Located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, this 250 m² outlet gives room to restaurants, fresh produce, bulk products and offers numerous services. It also has a 24-hour service area.
As soon as they enter the shop, customers have a wide range of savoury (snacks, hot dishes, etc.) and sweet (pancakes, waffles, etc.) foods on offer. For the occasion, Monop' has invested in a new generation deep fryer that can simultaneously cook chips, nuggets and churros in one minute. This area also includes a range of cheeses and cold cuts.
Fresh produce is in the second part of the shop. The range of fruit and vegetables has increased by 25%, The shop also offers a bouquet of mixed flowers, which will be renewed every week.
The new Jour concept has a strong emphasis on bulk products, which have been considerably expanded. Some of the products are located on the FMCG shelves, such as cereals, rice and pulses. Among the new bulk products are two references of dog food and one for cats under the Petty Well brand, as well as M&M's and the flagship recipes of Carambar & Co. All these products are located in their respective departments. In addition, there is a dispenser for organic yoghurt by Les 2 Vaches.
The entrance to the shop, approximately 50 m², is open 24 hours a day. This area, which displays 500 references, is entirely open to the public.
